Young families are an important part of the church because they bring energy, growth, and a desire to build something that will last. They have the opportunity to grow together in faith, strengthen their marriages, raise children with Christ-centered values, and encourage other families along the way. When young families are connected to the church, they can become a powerful foundation for the next generation—not because they are perfect, but because they are willing to grow, serve, and follow Christ together. As Scripture reminds us, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15. When families choose to serve Christ together, their influence can reach far beyond their own homes.
Young Families will be directed by Joel and Allie Rector. This powerhouse couple will go in detail on how families can become mighty blessings that will impact the world through Christianity. Through these classes you will learn about raising families by using Christ as a firm foundation. You may also encounter learning how God can be a pillar of light in the hardest phases of raising a young family. If your yearning to find a community like this we hope to see you there!
