Meet Pastor David

Ministry Role: I am the Worship Pastor here at Legacy Church. What I love most about it, is besides being a child of God, a husband, and a dad, worship leading is the primary call on my life.

Family: I am married to my beautiful wife, Angel, and we have two sons, Grant and Mason.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?: Rotisserie chicken with all the fixins.

What's a Bible verse that has really impacted your life?: Psalm 89:1, “I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.

How do you like to spend your free time?: I love just spending time with my family. I also love mountain biking, water sports, hunting, and fishing. I like to train for, and compete in, triathlons in the summertime. When I have time, I enjoy building custom electric guitars.

What's something most people don't know about you?: My grandfather, my dad, my two sons, and I all graduated from the same high school (Hot Springs).

If you could have dinner with any Bible character (besides Jesus), who would it be and why?: Solomon. I have questions.

What's a worship song that always moves you?: Older song: “I Can’t Even Walk Without You Holding My Hand.” Newer song: “Worthy Of It All.”

If you weren't in ministry, what do you think you'd be doing?: I would be a working musician and recording engineer/producer.

Coffee or tea-and how do you take it?: Coffee. I like it just about any way.

What's one thing you hope people experience when they visit our church?: The unmistakable feeling of the presence of the Lord. Nothing beats that.
